Ummm...

People either take their money out of STRC, and the dividend goes up to attract them back.

Or people pile in to STRC for safety and the dividend goes down?

If long bear market people trade out of STRC which is a short term hold and move to STRF for a higher yield.

MSTR then hit the ATM on that as demand comes in, enabling them to buy cheaper BTC during the bear market with zero dilution for the equity holders?

No?
