@LauraLoomer I'm just confused by the entire rollout of this thing.

Everything feels backwards

Case closed >> case open and a priority >> I'm talking to Ghislaine today

It just doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

I'm willing to accept I'm wrong, but at minimum this is incredibly confusing.
