LCH can carry XX% of the load out (pure ATGM) of AH-64 but AH-64 costs 3-4x more 

Yes not a perfect comparison as 
 AH-64 has a higher payload capacity overall (hence more A2A+turret ammo in at  AUW)+ the FCR capability but at a certain point quantity and harmonisation matters
