Decoding the stage-managed judicial tyranny 

So...

X. Justice Kyei Baffuor, presiding as a High Court judge sentenced Eugene Baffoe-Bonnie to X years in prison for his role in the $4Million NCA scandal.

X. Eugene is the junior brother of the current Acting CJ, Baffoe-Bonnie --- who did not take lightly to the judgement. 

X. Then Supreme Court justice, Baffoe Bonnie then weaponizes Kevin Taylor to launch onslaught on Kyei Baffuor. 

X. Kyei then invokes the inherent powers of the court; cites Kevin Taylor for contempt of court, and follows with a bench warrant for his arrest in 2020.

X. Kevin calls his bluff in the USA.

X. NDC takes over in 2025. Arbitrarily suspends the constitutionally mandated CJ, Torkonoo. Fills her position with Baffoe Bonnie. 

X. Kevin Taylor files a certoriari application outside the XX day maximum window for appeal of the High Court order. 

X. Attorney General and Deputy conveniently decides not to file an application in opposition so it makes it easier for Taylor.

X. Acting CJ, Baffoe Bonnie empanels new judges he recommended to President Mahama for the Supreme Court to hear Taylor's application. 

X. The new judges, Bright, Dzamefe and Suubaareh execute the mafia job -- quashes decision of Kyei Baffuor and subject him to public ridicule. 

XX. NDC now celebrates!!

That is how low the Bench has been reduced to!!
