5/7. Why did management make these changes?

To improve risk-adjusted performance in volatile markets. Previous setup had heavy NAV decay from distributions and downside exposure.

Now: Better protection + upside = potential for more stable growth. Since changes, AUM hit $1.44B and dividends increased.

Recent total returns have even outperformed the S&P XXX.
