BREAKING WHISTLEBLOWER:
7/21/25 Oleksandr Dubinsky, a Ukrainian Parliament member, to @DNIGabbard, alleges political persecution. 

Dubinsky claims he was imprisoned in Ukraine since November 2023 on fabricated charges of “discrediting Joe Biden” related to exposing corruption ties with Burisma. He asserts that left-wing radicals, via Ukrainian intelligence, orchestrated this case, particularly during U.S. elections in 2020 and 2024. He accuses U.S. agencies (FBI, State Department, intelligence community) of fabricating “Russiagate” accusations against Donald Trump, covering up Biden corruption, and influencing the 2016 election. Dubinsky further claims that in 2019, this operation targeted him and Zelenskyy’s inner circle, linking Burisma corruption to USAID and Soros-funded networks. In 2021, he was sanctioned by the U.S. OFAC without court ruling or formal charges, allegedly due to political pressure from the Biden administration. He offers to confirm these claims under oath.
