Genesis block, op return coins, forfeited coins from coinbase are not included in the final supply or UTXO set 

To get the exact amount of the different so far, go to bitcoin core console and run “gettxoutsetinfo” and find the total current supple then calculate what it should have been at that height, then do the difference
