in the implementation of @berachain PoL v1.2 it looks like the bribes are taxed upon the placing of the bribes, not upon their acceptance by validators.

this is a PSA for other builders so u dont shit urselves like i did when u make a bribe and it looks smaller than the amount you sent as incentives
