🚨Japan Fair Trade Commission, the JFTC, ordered Visa to reform its credit information system for violating the Antimonopoly Act by imposing restrictive conditions on card issuers. 

Visa's approved reform plan allows competitors like NTT Data into the market, potentially lowering fees. 

This is the first administrative action against Visa in Japan.
