He told the director of counselor services that Lee Harvey Oswald was planning to kill the president. He even warned that James Earl Ray, who was in prison at the time, would somehow be involved in the future murder of MLK. Instead of taking it seriously, the director basically shrugged and asked, “So what if Oswald has a weapon?” Spoiler: Oswald did. And so did Ray. Both warnings came true. And the government had a front row seat... and did nothing.
