People aren’t. It’s why Florida is about to have a housing crisis while other states follow. The market is all inflated. Look at Carvana as an example. Are they really worth that much more than Ford, GM or Carmax?! OJ, coffee etc all about to get more expensive. No one cares about a record stock market bc average people can’t afford to invest in the market. It only helps people who can invest, corporate America or older people close to using their retirement who also just got no tax on social security and sold their 200k homes from the 90’s for a million dollars. But lower and middle class, young and middle aged with families, are all struggling.
