Hate to be a panican and am far from deep in the woods on $REPL, but I think this will weigh heavily on $XBI $BBC in the short term. Not because of the CRL per se, but because of this:

"The CRL also states that there are items related to  the confirmatory trial study design which need to be addressed,  including contribution of component"

This means you can basically not rely on any pre-MAHA-communication and will kill confidence from companies as well as investors. $REPL 10$ Puts changing hands for 1$ yesterday clearly show that this was not expected (especially the "oh and btw screw your confirmatory"-part).

All that a couple of business days after a drug on AA (Elevidys) gets basically pulled. 

Hope I´m wrong
