AUSTIN MAN arrested for harassment while on probation for punching a 16-year-old girl in the face hard enough to split both lips and force her teeth through the inside of her mouth. 

The girl had been walking to the store when he confronted her and taunted, "wassup–wassup roll up on me now," before hitting her.

The assailant, Brion Hill, was also previously arrested for aggravated sexual assault and injury of a child. 

Outcomes:
- Assault Causes Bodily Injury - X days jail
- Aggravated Sexual Assault Child- count waived
- Indecency w/Child Sexual Contact - reduced/probation
- Harassment - pending
