The requirement for divorce was removed with the passing of the GRA in 2015. This may have something to do with the fact that TENI had huge influence in drafting the GRA and TENI is mostly comprised of ex husbands and fathers. These men knew that if their ex-wives had a voice, the actual motivations behind "trans gender" would be considerably more exposed.
