X. Deliver adjustable yield, mimicking central bank rate targeting.   It's floored at SOFR (IF Paid at ALL which is voluntary). 

X. Be backed by Bitcoin reserves (via MSTR's balance sheet). Unlike Stable coins
It's "Backing" is a promise not collateralized,  if you don't know the difference there is no helping you at all

X. Allow daily liquidity and redemption. Maybe but the bid offer spread may be very high and biased to when people want to redeem or subscribe unlike stable coins or MMF's

X. Operate outside fiat monetary systems.  It's going to trade on a tradfi exchange.  Is it even going to be on chain.  Doesn't look like
