I reached out to X to ask why most of my followers are not seeing my posts. Voila, I got an answer, which follows:  

"Hi, thanks for reaching out. We're aware of this issue and understand how frustrating it is. We're rate limiting to ensure the authenticity of our users and to minimize spam and bots on the platform. We do this because we're deeply committed to making X a better place for everyone. The rate limit should reset after a period of time."
