Twelve years ago today, early hours of XX July 2013, XX year-old Dwayne ‘Gully Queen’ Jones, beaten, stabbed to death by mob in Irwin, Montego Bay. Hundreds of persons at the dance, scores of witnesses, but no one charged; no justice for a young #Jamaican. Never again.
