i'm now fairly convinced: launchpad liquidity network efforts are overrated:

quality asset generation is the ONLY thing which matters for a launchpad. and quality is primarily dependent on lore:
- narrative (eg. ai, meme)
- associated founders/kols
- tech/value acrual (only for tech tokens)

and yes, more the quantity, higher the chances of quality.

- earlier, @pumpdotfun was the de-facto launchpad and everyone launch tokens on pump as pump consistently saw runners for every meta 

- then bonk cabal pushed some runners and @bonk_fun  became the #1 launchpad for some time as everyone knew bonk coins would get some attention as the beta plays. and yes, raydium played a huge role too by fully supporting bonkfun.

- believe had a short glimpse by launching tokens for internet founders, but now there's no quality launches left (and hence almost no runners these days)

attention is critical for even launchpads. 

as more attention = more token launches 

(token discovery is uniform across all launchpads on solana - thanks to composability via screeners, alpha calls, trading terminals)

that's why in the game of launchpads, frontends (and wrappers) will end accruing all value. they can easily swap the backend launchpad (eg. bonkfun launching on meteora instead of raydium).
