British oil and gas company Tullow Oil has officially agreed to sell all its business interests in Kenya, ending more than ten years of exploration in the South Lokichar Basin.

The company is selling its assets for Ksh15.6 billion (USD XXX million) to Auron Energy E&P Ltd.
