We do have stablecoins, our $OBYUSD is one- a fully decentralized protocol, alongside a handful of other great options in the ecosystem.

Do think the big break we need is tied in the scalability you mentioned, and the gap in getting there thins everyday... great builders are here, and we are building for more than just our little bubble.
