Ionic Rare Earth announced the drilling results from the #Makuutu resource in #Uganda in the last smallcap bull run. There was good pumping, the share went from 0.02AUD to 0.06AUD and later, driven by speculation, to 0.10AUD. Then came the crash in May 2022, triggered by AVZ's trading halt. Many #AVZ shareholders, like me, wanted to shift their profits from the world-class lithium resource in #Manono into IXR after the rise (23x). Greed eats brains, my Lamborghini has been stuck in the Congo for more than three years now. Many small investors felt the same way. That is certainly one reason why many small investors on the #ASX no longer invest in African explorers. If there is a positive outcome in the Congo, and it sure as hell looks like there will be, then you will see that in the Ionic Rare Earth share price! Investors are reacting like frightened deer! I'm getting my compensation for the pain I've suffered over the last few years for AVZ from IXR, I've used the cheap prices of the last few weeks to radically increase my holdings.
