BREAKING: Niger Turns Down France’s “Sincere” Offer, Insists on Total Withdrawal First!

France claims it’s ready to “rebuild” its relationship with Niger this time with genuine intentions. Their proposal includes returning stolen colonial artifacts and resuming diplomatic and business ties.

But Niger isn’t convinced. The message from Niamey is crystal clear:
