@Haryan_Glaeddyv Braverman was SoS at the Home Office and Jenrick a minister in the same department, not the MoD.

Neither had anything to do with the injunction.

There was no "judgment agreeing the settlement of 24K Afghans".

That was a decision taken by the incoming Labour government.
