UPDATE: Minister of State for Works, Musa Ecweru, has petitioned the NRM Electoral Tribunal over last week’s primaries. #NTVNews 

He said losing isn't the issue, but the process must be fair. Ecweru claimed children as young as seven were allowed to vote, calling it unacceptable.
