It avoids recursion and unsafe inline assembly, favoring safety and performance. In testing, solx compiled real-world contracts more efficiently than solc with fewer workarounds. The project has taken a major step forward in decentralizing its proof generation, as @fermah_xyz successfully generated a block for ZKsync Era on its testnet.
