Punjab Cabinet Approves Amendments to Land Pooling Policy 2025 

- Registrations will not stop even after notification. 

- Farmers will be eligible for loans even after receiving the "Letter of Intent." 

- Farmers can cultivate and retain earnings until development begins. 

- ₹50,000 per acre annually will be paid before development; ₹1 lakh after that. 

- The ₹1 lakh annual amount will see a XX% increase every year. 

- If commercial space is not opted for, farmers will receive three times the residential space.
