- In an interview, Sam Altman said that he is “a little bit scared” of just how good the AI systems they were unleashing are. Almost XXX million full time jobs  around the world could eventually be taken over by AI.

- “Reducing the risk of extinction from AI should be a global priority alongside other societal scale risks such as pandemics and nuclear war.”

- He’s been vocal about how certain capabilities like deepfakes, autonomous weaponized AI and systems that could manipulate public opinion should not be widely available.
