Definitely bullish short term because more rate cuts are more likely

Medium term its bearish because rate cuts harm the economy a bit and lead to an eventual tightening of rates which leads to a bear market (Although I don't think this next bear market will be as long or as bad as the previous one)

Longer term, neutral. It won't change much

But short term its very good for crypto
