How to deal with annoying or disrespectful people?

Some people hide their disrespect behind jokes, sarcasm or “just being honest.”
But if someone keeps crossing the line, it’s not your job to change them.

Sometimes it’s a friend. Sometimes it’s family. Sometimes people at work.

If someone keeps crossing your boundaries or draining your energy, it’s not your job to fix them.
It’s your job to protect your peace.

You don’t have to explain yourself.
You don’t have to prove your worth.
You don’t have to stay where you’re not respected, even if it’s family.

Silence speaks.

Let them talk.
Let them assume.
Let them play their games.

You’re not here to beg for respect.
You’re here to live in peace.
