I immediately called the technician, and he said, “It’s a defective unit, and a part needs to be replaced.” Why should a customer accept a faulty product on day 1? I raised a return request on Flipkart the same day. Since then, I’ve been told repeatedly that the issue will be resolved in 24–48 hours. It’s been over a week, and still no resolution. No proper communication. Just delay and false promises. This is extremely stressful and frustrating. I trusted @Flipkart for a premium product and service, but got a defective unit and zero accountability. Is this what you call customer-centric service?
