Ordered a Bosch Dishwasher (₹39,104 | Order ID: OD334893680867028100) from @Flipkart on 9th July 2025. It was delivered  on 13th July and installed on 16th July by an authorized technician. @flipkartsupport @InquiryFlipkart

Just a few minutes after the installation agent left, the machine started showing an error. I immediately called the technician, and he said, “It’s a defective unit, and a part needs to be replaced.”

Why should a customer accept a faulty product on day 1?

I raised a return request on Flipkart the same day.
Since then, I’ve been told repeatedly that the issue will be resolved in 24–48 hours.

It’s been over a week, and still no resolution. No proper communication. Just delay and false promises.

This is extremely stressful and frustrating.
I trusted @Flipkart for a premium product and service, but got a defective unit and zero accountability.

Is this what you call customer-centric service?
