Hard pass for me too
A $400M valuation with a XX month cliff and X% TGE is aggressive for retail specially when private investors got in at $180M. like a liquidity exit for 
earlier backers rather than a fair community opportunity. 

Kaito  launchpad has potential but this sets a worrying precedent hope future picks align incentives better
