Alephium now finalizes blocks 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝟖 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐬. Two blocks every XX seconds. That alone gives it massive speed, but Danube did more than that.

With 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 and their BlockFlow system, Alephium now handles 20,000+ transactions per second, and it does this while staying on Proof of Work.

No centralized shortcuts or cheating through rollups. This is clean base-layer scalability.
