What Is Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP), and Why Is @cysic_xyz Making It Faster?

Imagine proving something is true, like that you're over 18, without revealing your actual age. That’s the power of Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs). 

They're a cryptographic tool that lets someone prove they know a fact, without revealing the fact itself.

In the world of blockchain, ZKPs help make transactions more private, secure, and scalable. They’re used in things like:

zkRollups (which help blockchains like Ethereum process more transactions),
Privacy coins, and Decentralized identity systems.

But here’s the problem: generating a ZKP takes a lot of computation. It’s like solving a huge puzzle every time someone wants to prove something.
