#Strategy will conduct an initial public offering of XXXXXXXXX shares of Strategy’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred stock (STRC stock). Strategy plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of #Bitcoin and to support working capital.
