The so-called large projects that attracted investment with excessively high valuations when the primary market was in "take my money" mode in 2024 seem to be feeling a great burden on the TGE.

According to my information, @EspressoSys ' final valuation is much higher than $400M. And the vesting conditions for investors are the same. (@Calderaxyz also has a different ratio but no unlock for X yr)

Existing investors will agree to a downward valuation adjustment to secure the project team's runway and a quick TGE, but they will never agree to more favorable vesting conditions for the public sale.

All tokens of BIG PJTs will be a feast for retailers for a year after the TGE. 

The real volatility will start in 2026.
