Tony Elumelu at the recent Afrexim bank conference held in Abuja shared how he made a move to invest in the energy sector. After all agreements were, they had a hiccup from our own government in Nigeria. 

The then President Buhari's administration did not think that OML XX and XX should be in the hand of the private sector, even though it was controlled by Shell, which was an "international private sector".
