@KersevanRoberto @JernejZobec @CKemfert Why shouldn't we buy electricity from our neighbours when we'd have to start fossil based power stations.

Germany has about 85GW capacity of non-weather dependant power stations. PLUS renewables.

And only about 75GW maximum consumption.

I can't see your problem here.
