strongly disagree.

these systems walks like intelligence, talks like intelligence, beats humans at reasoning tasks…

but it's not "real" intelligence because we don't fully understand how it works?

that's kind of moving the goalpost. 

we don't understand our own brains in great detail either, yet no one questions if we're intelligent
