I have no $PUMP position fwiw but $PUMP TGE'ed on fundamentals that were no longer relevant to the amount raised. Volume has been in decline for X months and is the lowest in a year. Revenue has been declining as well for the past XX days since @bonk_fun started to vampire users/launches. 
Like my fren @AltcoinSherpa notes, this is a trade where its better to buy on the way up if fundies improve than knife catching on the way down.
