We’re upgrading the USDC.n interest rate model on Thu, July XX (EDT) to:
– Improve utilization efficiency
– Discourage same-asset looping
– Unlock more borrowing capacity

🔺 Borrow APR will slightly increase after the upgrade:
– At XXXXX% utilization, it adjusts to ~8.6%
