interesting, never heard of Jesse Stoner before, will dig into him in the files. that is an interesting and plausible concept, that intel agencies create or recruit or maintain "radical groups", like WN, or on the other side groups like Antifa, to keep them around as a pool of pets, useful to frame as pasties for other covert ops. Everything is "more than meets the eye" in this dirty game.
