The $100K is less important than the total BTC to borrow against.

If someone has XX BTC, borrowing $100K/yr will be simple and low risk from an LTV perspective.  And if BTC grows at XX% CAGR for XX years, that same person could draw $100K indefinitely while their annual draw moves their LTV down, not up.  

The math changes based on total BTC, total expenses, and BTC growth projections, so it's different for everyone individually.
