DAO set 100M CLEAR to bring in solvers, market-makers, and other contributors to help growth and boost monthly rebalancing volume to $1B. Plan was to hand out 4.2M CLEAR per month for two years starting March 2025 with a 12-month linear unlock, but my guess is that the program is already a success, so they will return it.
