Sepoy K Ashuli
Naga Regiment

During Kargil War, Sepoy K Ashuli was part of an attack in the Dras sector. He carried out route-opening to the objective by fixing rope along the cliff. On reaching cliff top, he engaged the enemy till his Company reached the top and then despite suffering grievous injuries, assaulted the enemy position and captured it. Awarded #VirChakra (Posthumous).
