@PeterStefanovi2 The penal system costs £6bn a year. Illegal immigrants (note illegal) cost £12bn. Combine the two costs then the penal system has £18bn at no extra cost. Detention centres must be cheaper than hotels, and phones, and pocket money, and day trips, and driving lessons.
