@theretailbull @AdamBLiv The yield also gets crushed if he doesn’t re-up atm and there is huge demand. Will lower yield if the instrument tries to move higher on demand. The yield could compress to X% and you’d have no cap appreciation, where as STRF you have X% in perpetuity
