Bobby was on vacation when the FDA approved the Moderna vaccine for children.  He had no input. No one called him. No one contacted him. When the news broke and he got back to DC he went on a firing spree. Apparently one of the deputy chiefs of staff, after being fired, drove her car into Kennedy's government issued car. When we say that Bobby is up against monsters, understand how bad it is for him, and how desperate they are to destroy him and his work.
