SBI shares rose after raising ₹25,000 crore via a QIP, July 2025. The QIP was oversubscribed XXX times. LIC increased its SBI stake from XXXX% to 9.49%. Funds will support SBI's credit growth across retail, MSME, and corporate sectors. The QIP will augment SBI’s CET-1 buffer.
