PNB Housing Finance Q1 net profit rises XX pc to Rs XXX crore

PNB Housing Finance on Monday reported a XX per cent increase in its net profit to Rs XXX crore for the first quarter ended June 2025.

The housing finance firm had earned a net profit of Rs XXX crore in the same quarter of the previous year.

The company's total income for the quarter grew to Rs XXXXX crore from Rs XXXXX crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, PNB Housing Finance said in a regulatory filing.

Interest income for the quarter was higher at Rs XXXXX crore compared to Rs XXXXX crore a year ago.

The net interest income also saw a XX per cent rise to Rs XXX crore at the end of Q1 2025 against Rs XXX crore in the year-ago quarter.

The net interest margin increased to XXXX per cent compared to XXXX per cent in the first quarter of the previous year.

The gross Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) of the company decreased to XXXX per cent from XXX per cent at the end of June 2024.
