Malaysia’s stock mkt among world’s worst since 2018. While others hit new highs, KLCI hasn’t recovered to its Apr ‘18 All Time High (1,896 pts, pre-GE14). 

Since GE14, RM69b foreign funds outflow. 
Under Madani, RM19.1b has been pulled out.
